Speaking of blossoms, the apple tree was absolutely beautiful this past weekend! The tree was loaded with fragrant blossoms, as well as a good number of bees and birds, who have hopefully paved the way for another great Haralson crop this fall. Sadly, this is always a fleeting sign of spring. As quickly as the blossoms opened up, the petal drop has already begun. I really wish they would linger just a few more days!
