It looks like it's time to start stringing up some chili peppers again! This morning I harvested the first couple of red Cayenne peppers (pictured). Once they are dry, I will save some seed for next year and grind up the dehydrated pepper. I also harvested a handful of red Cyklon peppers that are destined to replenish my supply of crushed red pepper flakes and I think this is also the week I will be able to start pickling some jalapenos and banana peppers, too.
