Frost Bitten

Yesterday I started the process of cleaning out the gardens.  There are a few things that are still hanging on: some broccoli that is going to seed, the brussels sprouts that never "sprouted," and a few radishes here and there.  Everything else has been literally frozen in place.  It's as if the clock just stopped, leaving blossoms, vines, tendrils, leaves, and fruit perfectly still with a beauty all their own.

From top to bottom: cucumber blossoms, pepper leaf, brussels sprouts, tiny tomato, edamame pods, broccoli blossoms, and popcorn stalk.
